The number of period underwear you will need varies depending on the amount and duration of your flow. On average, we recommend having 3-5 pairs of period underwear in your rotation.
When the underwear is at maximum capacity, you may feel some dampness or wetness on the surface of the fabric.
We recommend changing your period underwear as soon as you notice it is full to ensure that you stay comfortable and protected throughout the day.
In general, period underwear can last for several years if properly maintained. We recommend having several pairs of period underwear in your rotation to avoid wearing the same pair multiple days in a row, and to ensure that your underwear lasts as long as possible.
Our period underwear is suitable for all women of any age. They are also suitable for women who experience urinary leaks, postpartum bleeding, and other types of vaginal discharge.
