Our menstrual underwear is suitable for all women of all ages during menstruation and even for young women before their first period. They also serve as absorbent underwear for women who experience urinary leakage, postpartum bleeding, other vaginal bleeding and for women with an intrauterine device.

How will I know when my underwear is full?
The time it takes to change your underwear varies from woman to woman depending on her flow and can absorb up to 12 hours. We recommend changing your underwear when you start to feel a slight sensation of wetness. You can read more about how menstrual underwear works here .
Do I need to wash before first use?
Yes, washing before first use is necessary and activates the absorbency technology. You can also read this article about cleaning menstrual underwear.
What is the recommended absorption level for me?
Our recommendation is to try both absorption levels to find the most suitable absorption level for you, and this does vary from woman to woman.
Maximum absorbency is suitable for the first few days of the cycle when flow is heavy. Medium absorbency will do the job in the last few days of the cycle when most women experience light flow.

Can menstrual underwear cause vaginal yeast infections or urinary tract infections?
Our menstrual underwear provides full absorption, so the vaginal skin is not constantly exposed to the secreted bleeding that may be a breeding ground for bacteria. Proper use and timely changing of underwear will reduce the chance of developing any infection.
